While entering a country store a man noticed a sign saying “DANGER! BEWARE OF DOG!” posted on the glass door. Walking into the store, he noticed a harmless old hound dog asleep on the floor beside the cash register.
He asked the store manager, “Is THAT the dog folks are supposed to beware of?”
“Yep, that’s him,” he replied.
The man couldn’t help but be amused. “That certainly doesn’t look like a dangerous dog to me. Why would you post that sign?”

A teacher asked a student his parent’s names
On the first day of school, the teacher asked a student, “What are your parent’s names?”
The student replied, “My father’s name is Laughing and my mother’s name is Smiling.”
The teacher said, “Are you kidding?”
