Tank Number 10
Tank 3 and Tank 11 are positioned higher than the water tap, so no water flows into them.
Tank 5 has its inlet from Tank 2 blocked, so it also doesn’t receive any water. As a result, Tanks 6 and 9 also don’t get any water.
When the tap starts pouring water into Tank 1, the water simultaneously flows into Tank 4 and Tank 2.
Then, water from Tank 2 flows into Tanks 7 and 8.
Meanwhile, water from Tank 4 flows into Tank 10. Tank 10 is sealed at the bottom.
Because the path to Tank 10 is shorter than the path to Tanks 7 and 8, Tank 10 will fill up with water first.
